Bar tools and glassware are boxed with protective packaging, because kit that arrives dented is no use to anyone working a shift.

Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working business days of being placed.
- Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
International orders
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or local sales taxes on arrival — these are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Working to an event date?
If you have a wedding, festival or private function with a fixed date, order with plenty of headroom. If a date is tight, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it — we'd rather turn the order away than leave you short behind a bar.
Trade and bulk orders
Venues, mobile bar operators and event companies ordering in volume can arrange scheduled or split deliveries. Get in touch about trade pricing.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn't turned up within the estimated window, contact us via the contact page with your order number and we'll sort it. Damage in transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the courier.
