OnTheBars is a UK-based mobile bartending and barware brand. We design shatterproof stainless steel glassware, professional cocktail kits and portable mobile bar equipment for home bars, private events and mobile bartenders, alongside a growing range of support gear built for hospitality workers on their feet all shift.
Are your stainless steel wine glasses really shatterproof?
Yes. Our stainless steel wine glasses, tumblers, champagne flutes and Moscow Mule mugs are made from durable food-grade 304 stainless steel, so they won't shatter like glass. They're ideal for outdoor events, weddings, garden bars and mobile bar setups where breakages are a real risk.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, with delivery taking 7-14 days depending on your destination. We currently ship to the UK, US and Canada; EU checkout isn't available yet.
What's included in your Professional Mobile Bartending Kit?
Our Dual Professional Mobile Bartending Kit includes the core tools a mobile bartender needs on the go: shakers, jiggers, strainers, bar spoons and more, all in durable stainless steel and packed for easy transport between events.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the UK, US and Canada. EU checkout isn't functional at this time, so orders from EU addresses can't be completed yet. We're working to add EU shipping in future.
How long does dispatch and delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working business days. From dispatch, delivery takes 7-14 days depending on your destination. Exact estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your stainless steel glassware, cocktail kit or mobile bar equipment all the way to your door.
Do you offer bulk pricing for weddings, venues and events?
Yes. Many of our stainless steel wine glasses, tumblers and champagne glasses are available in bulk packs of up to 50, ideal for weddings, bars, venues and event companies. Get in touch via our Trade & Wholesale page for larger volume enquiries.

What is your returns policy?

Can I return a used cocktail kit or mobile bar?
Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging wherever possible. Full details on condition requirements for cocktail kits, glassware and mobile bar equipment are set out on our Returns & Refunds page.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
While our stainless steel glassware is shatterproof, transit damage to packaging or other items can occasionally happen. Contact our support team with your order number and photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times can vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider.

Are the stainless steel glasses food-grade and dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our wine glasses, tumblers, champagne glasses and Moscow Mule mugs are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel and are dishwasher safe, making them easy to maintain for both home bars and high-volume mobile bar use.
